Moshe Starkman is a senior VBR consultant at nThrive, a full patient-to-payment revenue cycle management services company. Starkman is an accomplished small business owner and educator and has served as senior advisor to two presidential campaigns. Over the past five years, Starkman has transitioned into advancing health information technology (IT) and has developed the software behind one of the most successful Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) registry solutions available.

Scott Jones is currently a senior consultant for nThrive, specializing in hospital and physician and healthcare market data analytics. He has several years’ experience managing client engagements with expertise in clinically integrated network (CIN) development, physician practice operations and the market shift to cost reduction and quality improvement.

Prior to nThrive, Jones was a director at Leavitt Partners where he provided strategic direction to hospitals and health system executives navigating ACA requirements and the market shift to value reimbursement including MACRA.
